Hiring process
Hiring at Wicked is a two-way conversation: we’re excited to learn what you bring, and you get to see what makes us tick—our culture, our craft, and our drive. Here’s our straightforward and transparent hiring process.
Found a role that sparks your interest? Good. Hit apply and show us what you've got. We’re looking for creators ready to innovate, challenge norms, and do things differently.
We review every application carefully, checking your CV and portfolio. If your skills align, we'll quickly move you forward. Either way, you’ll get clear feedback—no ghosting here.
Our interviews are more than Q&As—they’re a chance for both sides to really connect. We start with an Initial Interview about your background, ambitions, and why Wicked excites you. Then comes the Technical Interview, where team members probe your expertise, problem-solving style, and industry know-how. Some roles add a Home Assignment—your chance to tackle a real Wicked challenge. Finally, for Belgrade positions, you finish with a Studio Day, meeting the team and seeing first-hand what it's like to work at Wicked.
Choosing the right fit is important for both sides. After each step in the interview process, we’ll take the time to evaluate, and you’ll have the space to reflect and decide if Wicked Games is where you see yourself thriving and growing.
If it’s a match, we’ll extend an offer. Once you're on board, we'll set you up to hit the ground running. You’ll get a wicked welcome, clear guidance, and all the tools you need to thrive.
Wicked Culture
We don’t shy away from the uncomfortable; we embrace it. At Wicked Games, we take bold, taboo subjects and turn them into engaging, entertaining experiences. By pushing boundaries and challenging societal norms, we spark conversation, invite curiosity, and use humour and creativity to dissect the world around us. It’s not about shock value – it’s about creating experiences that make you think, laugh, and look at the world from a different angle – one game at a time.

At Wicked Games, it’s all about collaboration, impact, and delivering results. We value clear thinking, direct communication, and mutual respect. Everyone plays a role in creating something great, and there’s no room for posturing or unnecessary drama. It’s not about who’s in charge; it’s about how we work together to push boundaries and create exceptional games.

Great ideas don’t come from echo chambers. We thrive on diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and ways of thinking. The more viewpoints we bring to the table, the sharper our games become. Respect, curiosity, and open dialogue aren’t just nice-to-haves – they’re how we push boundaries and create something truly wicked.
